I booked through animaledventures.com after my sister mentioned she’d had a good experience with them, and overall it was straightforward. The site was easy enough to use, and I found the date I wanted without having to click around too much.

The communication was fine once they got back to me. I had one question before confirming, and they answered it clearly, then sent everything through by email. The only thing was that the first reply took a bit longer than I expected.

In the end, everything went smoothly and the booking was all sorted, so I’d be happy to use them again. I’d just say a slightly quicker response at the start would make the whole thing feel a bit more reassuring...

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t totally sure how much we’d all get into Animal Edventures at first, but it ended up being a really good time. The animals were great, and the way they interacted with everyone made it easy to stay interested. The kids were laughing, asking questions, and actually paying attention the whole time. It felt relaxed and fun, not boring like I was half-expecting. I’d definitely book them again.

We had a really lovely time with Animal Edventures. The staff were easy to talk to, clearly knew their stuff, and took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel like we were being hurried along. What stood out most to me was that they seemed to genuinely respect and care for the animals, which matters a lot. It felt like the kind of place that’s doing things the right way. I’d definitely be happy to go again.

I was impressed. The kids had fun the whole time, but they were also picking up a lot along the way, which is kind of exactly what you hope for, right?

The animals looked like they were doing alright, and the care seemed okay overall... but it didn’t really stand out as great. I feel like there’s definitely some room for improvement.
